Alegria slept 5 hours three night in a row, which means mom has slept 4 hours straight!!!
Also our next doctor's appointment isn't until April 8th, that means we have 3 week respite from scheduled doctors' appointments!!!
Alegria is keeping her obturator in for longer periods of time. She actually kept it in for a full 24 hours this weekend.
As far as feedings go, they are still very challenging. Some are better than others, but most are difficult. Alegria is still having problems with projectile vomiting again, and she still does not actually like the bottle. She cries or screams most of the feedings. BUT she did have one very encouraging feeding on Saturday morning. She managed to suck, swallow, and breath all in a very nice rhythm for a few minutes (without screaming or choking). She didn't not drink a large quantity (she only drank 10 ccs) but it was very encouraging to see that she was able to take the bottle for a short period of time.
