To every thing there is a season...

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance...

It is not that I am finished mourning.  I don't think that ever really ends this side of heaven.  But it is time to start a new blog: one which focuses on our life now.  I am definitely not actually ending Ali's blog.  I will still share from time to time how we are working through our grief. 

Alegria FOREVER changed our lives, and our grief in losing her is still one aspect of our life, but it does not define us or consume us.

We still weep but yet we laugh. We still mourn and yet we dance...

So I introduce to you...

But Joy Cometh

The theme verse for my new blog is Psalm 30:5b.  This verse has been one of my favorites since Ali was born.  (The Hebrew word רִנָּה is translated as JOY in the KJV and it is translated as ALEGRIA in the Spanish Reina-Valera bible.)  It is one I have clung to when things have seemed so bleak.  And it seems so appropriate for my new blog, because JOY certainly does come in the morning!!!
